This Policy explains how we handle the information you provide when you use the Bot to generate personalized PDFs.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to generate the PDFs.

Data you provide (adult)

• Your phone number;
• Child’s first name;
• Approximate age (e.g., “1 year and 7 months”);
• Recreational and habit details about the child, as requested.

Data we DO NOT request

• child’s surname;
• home address;
• school name;
• photos;
• sensitive data (health, religion, etc.).

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used only to:

• generate the personalized PDFs as requested;
• send the PDFs to you;
• technically improve the bot (anonymous logs, without child data).

We do not use data for marketing, ads, profiling, or targeting. Processing does not involve automated decisions with legal effects.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(a) – consent, when you voluntarily provide data;
• Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of the requested service;
• Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest in operating the bot securely.

5. Data sharing

We may share data only with:

• technical platforms that deliver the messages (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta);
• hosting and infrastructure services.

We never sell data. No child data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. International transfers

If data is transferred outside the EU (e.g., Meta servers), we apply:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs);
• Additional security measures.

7. Data retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary:

• stored while needed to generate and deliver the PDFs;
• after delivery, it may be deleted automatically within 30 days, unless required by law or upon immediate deletion request.

8. Your rights (you, the adult)

You have the right to:

• access the data submitted;
• request correction;
• request deletion;
• withdraw consent;
• request a copy (portability);
• lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• access control;
• monitored logs;
• minimal storage;
• automatic deletion after use.

10. Use by minors

The bot does not communicate directly with children. Data is provided solely by adults and only to create recreational content.

This Policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on the site.
