Welcome to the Fun Trip for Kids automated service (“WhatsApp Bot” or “Chatbot”). By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot.

1. Who we are

2. How the service works

The Bot asks simple questions about the child, such as:

• first name;
• approximate age;
• positive behavior to recognize;
• wishes;
• special habits or facts.

This information is used exclusively to generate personalized PDFs. The bot is offered to adults who voluntarily provide data and is not directed at children.

3. Permitted use

• you are the legal guardian or are authorized to provide this information;
• you will provide truthful and appropriate data;
• you will not use the service for abusive, offensive, or illegal purposes.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not send:

• excessive or sensitive data (e.g., surnames, schools, addresses, health);
• photos of the child (the service does not need them);
• personal information beyond what is strictly requested.

The bot only needs the first name and age, plus the free description you provide.

Content you send is used solely to create the requested PDFs.

5. Intellectual property

All content generated by the bot is protected by copyright. You may not commercialize, resell, or distribute the PDFs as your own product.

6. Limitations

• The service is recreational and does not guarantee 100% personalization.
• The bot may be temporarily unavailable.
• Message understanding is automated and subject to errors.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time; the most recent version always applies.

8. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of the European Union and Italy, including GDPR.
